Medini is a greenfield development spanning 2,230 acres designed to become the Central Business District of Iskandar Malaysia.

Medini has ready and planned state-of-the art infrastructural facilities with integrated connectivity and road networks within the region that addresses the most discerning investment needs to maintain its competitive edge, making Medini the most attractive destination for foreign investment in Iskandar Malaysia.

This international integrated mixed-use township development began in 2007 with an initial capital investment of RM4.1 billion (US$1.4 billion). To date, RM1.83 billion has been spent to complete the infrastructural works including 60 kilometers of roads, 58 covered bus stops, over a thousand custom lamp posts, STP sewage treatment plant for 500 thousand Persons and other utilities.

Road Network Medini has an integrated road network that extends to more than 60 kilometres of roads to meet the development needs and projected population at full capacity.

The road network within Medini has 2,044 street lights and 40 signalized intersections.

Open Spaces Medini has approximately 210 acres of green space made up of 44 parks and open spaces. Each one has a combination of some or all the following components:

With 40 Interactive rides, shows and attractions designed to the highest international standards, LEGOLAND Malaysia opened in September 2012.

Zhuoyuan Iskandar ProjectA landmark joint venture agreement between Medini Iskandar Malaysia and a Beijing-based partner has brought into the fold of Medini developers Zhuoyan Iskandar Sdn Bhd. Their high-end residential development in Medini North will feature some 2,600 units of premium lifestyle condominiums. The project, with the working name “Medini International”, comprises two-bedroom, four-bedroom as well as penthouse units, and will be developed in two phases over seven years.

iMedini Walk
Tang Group intends to build a mixed development that will include residential and serviced apartment towers, a hotel and shophouses. The development, iMedini Walk, is expected to have a gross development value of about RM750 million, the company said.Flanking the spine road that leads to Legoland Malaysia and the lifestyle Mall of Medini, the project will boast a stretch of more than 150 three-storey strata shophouses that average 3,300 sq ft.

This retail belt will be flanked by towers housing the hotel and serviced apartments, and residential apartments respectively.

The 250 hotel and serviced apartments will be located in the towers north of the site and overlook Legoland, while the residential apartments will be located in the towers to the south of the site, with views towards Puteri Harbour.
